Hot Honey Chicken Thighs
Protein meal prep is essential to successfully reaching your protein goal each day! And these Hot Honey Chicken thighs are an easy delicious solution to protein meal prep! These can be made in the air fryer or the oven. We use them in rice bowls, tacos, and salads!

3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp paprika/smoked paprika
1 heaping tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp honey

Preheat the air fryer or oven to 400°F.
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together. I use my hands for this!
Spray the air fryer tray/or a nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray.
Add the chicken to the air fryer (without a liner) or a baking sheet.
Air fry or bake for 15 min.
Flip over and air fry/bake for another 10 min or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
