“Working with LeAnne has been a game changer for me.  Following menopause and hormonal changes, the loss of my father to cancer, going back to work, and not working out as much as I used to, I found myself, as a woman in my mid 50's, steadily gaining weight. I've been a runner and an athlete my whole life, but what used to work wasn't working anymore.  My body wasn't responding to what I was doing.  I needed help.  LeAnne put a workout plan together for me combined with nutrition guidance and support.  I didn't need to think about it or wonder if what I was doing was the right thing.  Each day I would just do the workout she had for me.  One day at a time. I made a sticker chart for myself for accountability and motivation.  I could trust her expertise and knowledge to know that I was doing what I needed to do.  She educated me on things like increasing protein and how undereating actually produces the opposite results than those desired. “I have been a client for about 6 months. I absolutely love LeAnne as a coach and also love the program. The program is personalized to your goals, body and schedule. LeAnne is always available by messaging through the app and promptly answers questions or addresses concerns. No question is dumb!

In my previous program, there would be workouts that were fairly good, but the exercises changed each day making monitoring progress difficult. This program is a set of workouts with progressive overload that last 4-6 weeks. It is so much easier to see and document my progress toward my goals.

The nutritional aspect is so important and is also tailored to my individual fitness goals. I have learned to fuel my body instead of depriving myself of good whole food. Slowly, I am learning to ignore the number on the scale and focus on how strong I am getting. I have 3 grandchildren and am keeping up with them at the playground (mostly!)
