What is la-method?
I believe that true health is not about extremes or restrictions, or about what you can't have or do. It does not have to be all or nothing. It's about what you GET to do and have. It’s built day by day — through steady effort, sustainable habits, and grace for the journey.
I'm passionate about helping people take the guesswork out of fitness and nutrition so they can build strength, energy, and confidence that lasts. No quick fixes, no rigid rules — just real strategies for real life.
I haven't always had this method figured out. After years of walking down my own path of an eating disorder, falling into the trap of over-exercising and under-eating, food intolerances, autoimmune struggles, motherhood, ministry, the demands of a full busy life, and finding my own purpose, I’ve learned what works and what doesn't and WHY. I know how transformative it is when you start taking care of yourself — not out of guilt, but out of purpose.
