Cottage Cheese Berry Bowl
This is one of my go-to afternoon staples. It’s not complicated or fancy — Just thoughtfully combining a few simple ingredients that create the perfect mix of creamy, sweet, crunchy, and satisfying. It’s quick to assemble, nutrient-dense, high-protein, fiber-rich and guaranteed to keep you full.

Serving Size: 1 bowl

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (I use Daisy)
2 ounces fresh raspberries
1 ounce fresh blueberries
1 ounce fresh blackberries
1/8 cup my homemade buckwheat granola
sprinkle cinnamon

Add 1 cup of cottage cheese to a bowl.
Top with fresh berries.
Add the granola.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Options: Do ½ cup greek yogurt and ½ cup cottage cheese if you like a more tangy flavor. If your macros allow, drizzle some peanut butter on top.
