Cottage Cheese Berry Bowl

This is one of my go-to afternoon staples. It’s not complicated or fancy — Just thoughtfully combining a few simple ingredients that create the perfect mix of creamy, sweet, crunchy, and satisfying. It’s quick to assemble, nutrient-dense, high-protein, fiber-rich and guaranteed to keep you full.


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Serving Size: 1 bowl

    • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (I use Daisy)

    • 2 ounces fresh raspberries

    • 1 ounce fresh blueberries

    • 1 ounce fresh blackberries

    • 1/8 cup my homemade buckwheat granola

    • sprinkle cinnamon

    1. Add 1 cup of cottage cheese to a bowl.

    2. Top with fresh berries.

    3. Add the granola.

    4. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

    5. Options: Do ½ cup greek yogurt and ½ cup cottage cheese if you like a more tangy flavor. If your macros allow, drizzle some peanut butter on top.
