Caulipower Pizza Crust

Caulipower Pizza Crust are thin, light, flaky, and honestly one of the best gluten free healthier frozen pizza crusts out there! They can found in the freezer section at most grocery stores. They make for a really easy gourmet pizza night! These don’t need pre-baked. Just place the frozen crust on a baking sheet, add the sauce and toppings and bake!

Sami’s Bakery Millet and Flour Pizza Crust

I discovered Sami’s Bakery Millet and Flax pizza crust at a local health food store when we lived in Fort Myers, so when we moved to Tampa, I was ecstatic to discover that the actual Sami’s Bakery is located in Tampa near Busch Gardens! Thankfully, their products are sold at other closer health food stores in here in Tampa. But for those that don’t live in Tampa, you can order them online here! The pizza crust is already baked, but since it is so thick, I like to pre-bake it in the oven directly on the rack at 400°F for about 4 minutes. Then I place it on a baking sheet, top it with the sauce and toppings, then bake for another 15-18 minutes until the edges get a little crispy.

We also love to use their Millet and Flax Lavash as single serving flatbreads where everyone makes their own pizza. My 16 year old son gets so excited when I tell him it’s pizza flatbread night. I don’t pre-bake the lavash because it’s super thin.

I buy a bunch of both of these and then freeze them! Sami’s bakery also has delicious breads, cookies, and lavash chips! If you can find them at a local health food store, you’ll be in luck! It’s a little more expense to buy them online than in a store.

If you try these, I’d love to hear how they turned out!
