Cinnamon Date Energy Protein Balls

I always keep a batch of these in the fridge! They are perfect for a pre or post workout snack, an afternoon pick me up with a cup of coffee and even for a little something sweet after dinner. Really, any time is good time for one of these! There are so many variations to these energy protein balls.

These Cinnamon Date Protein Energy Balls are a delicious change of pace, combining warm cinnamon spice with the rich, naturally sweet caramel-like flavor of dates. I use natural cashew butter as the nut butter because it has a more mild flavor than peanut butter or almond butter. I didn’t want the nut butter to steal the show from the cinnamon!

Equip protein powder is my go-to for protein recipes — it’s clean, high-quality, free of fillers or artificial additives, and tastes amazing while supporting recovery and everyday wellness.
