Comprehensive 1-1 Coaching

This 1-1 comprehensive customized coaching delivers fully individualized programming through progressive strength training. Workouts are tailored specifically to you, nutrition guidance is personalized, and communication, check-ins, and accountability are hands-on. This is where strategy, education, and coaching align to support long-term transformation and growing autonomy. A 3 month minimum commitment is encouraged in order to allow time to build momentum and create meaningful progress. Many clients choose to continue with ongoing personalized coaching for continued refinement, accountability, and support.

Precision 1-1 Comprehensive Coaching is designed for those ready for a higher level of personalization — combining tailored workouts, individualized nutrition strategy, and consistent communication with hands-on accountability. Exercise 1-1 Coaching

For those who want a structured, progressive strength program with support and guidance — without nutrition coaching.

Everything is delivered through my coaching app, where you’ll access your customized workouts, track progress, log sessions, and complete check-ins. Programming is adjusted as you progress to ensure continued results.

Ideal for those who feel confident with their nutrition but want direction, progression, and a clear, structured plan for their training.

Nutrition & Mindset 1-1 Coaching

For those ready for guidance with food habits, meal planning, structure, and mindset — paired with individualized macro strategy and fueling education — without a customized training program.

Your plan and progress tracking are housed within my coaching app to provide consistency and clarity.

Includes structured weekly check-ins to review progress, refine strategy, and maintain momentum.

Ideal for those whose primary focus is fat loss, energy, consistency with eating, or improving their relationship with food — without needing structured exercise programming.
