Phase 1 — Method: Foundations

What is is:

Method: Foundations is your starting point. This 12-week Foundations phase focuses on building consistency and confidence through app-led progressive strength training, simple daily habits, and portion awareness. Nutrition is intentionally simplified — you’ll learn what macronutrients are and how to portion them appropriately without tracking, so the emphasis stays on routine, structure, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it. The goal is to establish sustainable patterns that fit real life, develop strength safely, and create a strong baseline before adding more detailed strategies. By the end of this phase, you’ll have the habits, awareness, and confidence needed to move forward with clarity rather than pressure.

Phase 2 — Method: Focus

Dial in nutrition. Understand macros. Strengthen strategy.

Method: Focus is where we zoom in. This 12-week phase dives into macro tracking, deeper nutrition education, and continued progressive overload training with increased volume — all still app-led with structured guidance. You’ll move from general habits to measurable precision.
