Giant Protein Chocolate Chip Oat Cookie

Think classic chocolate chip oat cookie, but bigger and balanced with a full serving of protein. This one is hearty and macro-packed — perfect after a heavy lift day or a long race when you’re refueling and not messing around. It’s also generous enough to split with a friend and enjoy alongside a good cup of coffee. You can also bake it as two (or more) cookies if you plan to share or want to save some for later.
