Berry“licious” Protein Smoothie

All of the berries! Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries…keep them coming! Fiber, protein and flavor packed. You’re going to love this!


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Serving Size: 1 smoothie

    1. ½ cup - 1 cup ice

    2. ½ cup frozen mixed berries

    3. 3 frozen strawberries

    4. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    5. 1 scoop Strawberry Equip protein powder

    6. 1 serving Equip collagen powder

    7. 1 tbsp flaxmeal

    8. optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

    1. Place all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth!

    2. I like to start with the frozen items first, then the milk, then the powders. If using any nut butter, I add that after the frozen items.

    3. Add your straw and enjoy!
